§ 36.108 APPEAL FROM EVALUATION.
   Any employee who is unable to obtain a satisfactory explanation or adjustment of his/her performance evaluation from his/her evaluator, may present his/her case to the supervisor. If still not satisfied, the employee may present his/her case in turn to his/her supervisor, then the department head, then the Human Resources Director, then the City Manager, and then to the Commission.
