§ 36.107 DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR INEFFICIENCY.

Any case of failure of a classified employee to perform his/her duties in a satisfactory manner, or whose conduct is inappropriate and constitutes failure of good behavior, shall be cause for disciplinary action.
