§ 36.105 PERFORMANCE REPORTS.
   Performance evaluations relative to the conduct and capacity of all employees in the classified service shall be made by the appointing authority once each year on forms prescribed by the Commission unless another period is approved by the Commission. Dually classified employees shall be evaluated separately on their performance in each classification. Each employee shall be informed of his/her performance evaluation, which becomes a permanent part of the employee's employment record and correlates performance with salary.
