§ 36.102 ESTABLISHMENT OF A LAYOFF LIST.
   Employees holding regular positions in the classified service which have been abolished or made unnecessary shall be put on an appropriate layoff list and in case of a vacancy shall be reinstated in the same department according to their standing on the layoff list. This list, as to each employee, shall be in effect for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date of his/her layoff. Employees shall be placed on the layoff list in the inverse order of layoff. Following probationary regular employees on the layoff list shall be regular part-time employees.
