§ 36.84 PROBATIONARY PERIOD REPORTS.
   Prior to the expiration of an employee's probationary period, the department supervisor shall notify the City Manager, through the city's performance evaluation form, as to whether the services of the employee have been satisfactory and whether he/she will continue the employee in his/her position. A copy of this performance evaluation form shall be given to the employee and placed in the employee's personnel file. A failure to do an evaluation of a probationary employee shall not restrict the right of the appointing authority to terminate an employee for failing their probationary period.
