§ 36.82 EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE.
   At such times during the probationary period as the Commission or Human Resources Director may require, the department supervisor shall report to the Human Resources Director his/her observation of the employee's work and his/her judgment as to the employee's willingness and ability to perform his/her duties satisfactorily and as to his/her habits and dependability. A copy of all such reports shall be given to the employee and a copy placed in the employee's personnel file. A failure to do an evaluation of a probationary employee shall not restrict the right of the appointing authority to terminate an employee for failing their probationary period.
