§ 36.61 DISQUALIFICATION OF ELIGIBLES AND EMPLOYEES ON LAYOFF LISTS.
   If at any time after the creation of an eligibility list or layoff list, the Commission has reason to believe that any person whose name appears on any list is disqualified for appointment or recall because of any of the following listed reasons developed subsequent to his/her examination or any layoff, such person shall be notified and given an opportunity to be heard. If such person shall fail to appear for hearing, or upon his/her being heard, fail to satisfy the Commission, his/her name shall be removed from the appropriate list.
   (A)   Incapacity, either physical or mental.
   (B)   Errors disclosed in computing his/her scores.
   (C)   False statements made in his/her application.
   (D)   Personal activity in violation of the rules of the Commission.
   (E)   Any other similar reason.
