§ 36.51 EXAMINATIONS TO BE PRACTICAL.
   The Commission will select the most appropriate examination available which will fairly test the relative capacity of the person examined to discharge the particular duties of the class of positions to which appointment is sought.
   (A)   The examination will include a written test in each case. If none is available, or if a special test is required, the Commission will be notified.
   (B)   When appropriate and deemed advisable by the Commission, tests of physical qualifications, health, performance, and manual skill may be included.
