§ 36.41 NOTICE OF EXAMINATIONS.
   (A)   Notice of competitive entrance examinations (open to persons employed in the civil service and to those who have not been so employed) to be held shall be given by advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation and by posting notices conspicuously at the city municipal building, on official bulletin boards, and in such other places and through such other media as the Human Resources Director deems advisable, not less than two (2) weeks prior to the examinations.
   (B)   The requirement for notice of examinations may be waived by the Commission in the case of special examinations for positions in connection with which there is substantial difficulty in obtaining qualified applicants and for which nonassembled examinations are found necessary.
