§ 36.27 AMENDMENT OF CLASSIFICATION PLAN.
   The Commission as it may from time to time deem necessary and after conference with the appointing authorities involved, may establish new classes, abolish, merge or divide existing classes and amend the class specifications to meet changing conditions.
