(A) It shall be the duty of the Chairperson to call such meetings of the Commission as are necessary to transact the business and affairs of the Commission, and to preside at all meetings of the Commission.
(B) The Chairperson may, on his own initiative, and shall, upon the request of the other four (4) members of the Commission, call a special meeting of the Commission to be held not later than ten (10) days from the date of notice of such meeting. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall act as Chairperson.
