§ 36.08 CIVIL SERVICE SECRETARY.
   The Civil Service Secretary, subject to the approval of the Commission, shall attend all meetings of the Commission and keep the minutes thereof; shall keep in the form of a minute record the official actions of the Commission; shall be at the office of the Commission during the prescribed hours that the office is open; shall accurately and properly keep all the records of the Commission; shall keep all files in proper order; shall prepare and deliver or cause to be delivered, notices and other communications ordered by the Commission; shall properly furnish appointing authorities with eligibility lists; shall maintain an official roster; shall handle such correspondence as the Commission shall determine; shall prepare, conduct, and grade all competitive and noncompetitive examinations for positions in the classified city service; shall prepare eligibility lists containing the names of persons qualified for appointment to positions in the classified city service; shall conduct research when necessary relative to composing exams for positions in the classified city service; and shall perform such other duties as may be required by the Commission.
