§ 33.11 CITY MANAGER SHALL PRESENT REPORT REGARDING VACATION PAY, SICK PAY, AND FRINGE BENEFITS.
   The City Manager shall prepare and present to the City Council a detailed report with his recommendations regarding vacation pay, sick leave, and other fringe benefits. Further, it is provided that the City Manager shall, through his designated representatives, prepare and present to the City Council, a detailed report on the matter of hospitalization and other types of insurance benefits, with recommendations as to the extent of the participation to be made on the part of the city on the payment of premiums for the insurance.
