SEC. 18.02 CHARTER REVISION COMMITTEE.
   There shall be a Charter Revision Committee which shall consist of five members who are electors of the Municipality, appointed by Council for staggered five-year terms, the original appointments being for terms of one, two, three, four, and five years commencing January 1, 1970. Thereafter, each appointment shall be for a five-year term. The members of the Charter Revision Committee shall serve without compensation and at no time shall more than two members of said Committee be holders of any other position with the Municipality whether elected, appointed, or employed. The Committee shall adopt such rules and shall meet at such times as it deems necessary for the proper performance of its function. The Charter Revision Committee shall annually submit a written report to Council, which report shall be due at the first Council meeting held after July 1st in each year, and which shall contain the Committee's recommendations, if any, for changes in the Charter to be submitted to the electors.
