SEC. 17.04 EFFECT ON PRESENT ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.

All ordinances, resolutions, and other legislative enactments of the Municipality to the extent they are not inconsistent with this Charter and are in force when it takes effect, shall continue in full force and effect until amended or repealed by Council.
