Each elected official, appointed official, and employee of the Municipality shall, before entering upon the duties of his office or employment, take and subscribe to an oath or affirmation, to be filed and kept in the office of the Clerk of Council, to support the Constitution of the United States and the constitution of the State of Ohio, the Charter of the Municipality of Forest Park, Ohio, and to faithfully, honestly, and impartially discharge the duties of his office or employment.
