SEC. 9.01 BOARD OF HEALTH.
   When, as provided in Sec. 1.02 of this Charter, the Village of Forest Park, Ohio, becomes a city, Council shall organize a Board or Department of Health or contract for health services according to the provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio.
