There shall be a Board of Zoning Appeals consisting of five members of Council, who are not on the Planning Commission and each shall serve for his term as Councilman.
There shall be no compensation for members of the Board. The Board shall adopt its own rules for the conduct of its business and elect its own officers annually. All action must be by majority vote of its members. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall be a continuing body.
The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the powers conferred upon it by ordinance of Council.
