A public hearing shall be held to solicit proposals concerning revenue and the use of public funds for the fiscal year.
(A) Notice of the public hearing shall be published in accordance with KRS Chapter 424.
(B) The public hearing may be held concurrently with other meetings on the use of public funds.
(C) The Finance Commissioner shall present a statement of the projects and activities conducted by the city for the fiscal year ending and their costs, together with an estimate of the cost to continue said projects and activities for the next fiscal year.
