§ 151.03  PRECEDENCE OF COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL LAW.
   Where more restrictive in respect to location, form, use, size or height of signs, the limitations of county, state and federal laws affecting signs shall take precedence over the regulations contained in this chapter.
