§ 130.01  DISCHARGE OF DEADLY WEAPONS.
   There is hereby prohibited the discharge of any deadly weapon in the city.  A DEADLY WEAPON shall be construed to include any firearm, pellet gun, bow and arrow, or any other deadly weapon as defined in the penal sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
