This chapter is not to be construed to affect:
(A) Once- or twice-per-year yard sales or the placement of for sale signs on houses or cars, as long as such activity is not conducted on a routine basis in the manner of a business enterprise;
(B) Home trades which involve some neighborhood sales or services (such as neighborhood lawn mower repair, sewing, etc.) which are not drawing customers from outside the neighborhood for sales or services to the general public on the premises.
