§ 115.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TRANSMISSION TOWER.  Any tower or other device used for the purpose of originating, receiving, relaying, or transmitting any television, radio, telephone, electrical or other signal of any kind.
