§ 114.27  BOOKS AND RECORDS OF THE FRANCHISE.
   (A)   The franchisee shall maintain an office in Jefferson County for so long as it continues to operate the cable communications system or any portion thereof and hereby designates such offices as the place where all notices, directions, orders, and requests may be served or delivered under this chapter.  The City Commission shall be notified of the location of such office or any change thereof.
   (B)   The franchisee shall keep complete and accurate books of account and records of its business and operations in connection with any franchise granted under this chapter.
   (C)   The City Commission and its representatives shall have access to all books of account and records of the franchisee for the purpose of ascertaining the correctness of any and all reports and may examine its officers and employees in respect thereto.
   (D)   Any false entry in the books of account or records submitted to the City Commission and its representatives to a material fact, knowingly made by the franchisee, shall constitute a breach of a material provision of this chapter and any franchise agreement or ordinance in accordance with this chapter, for which the remedies provided in this chapter may be invoked.
