§ 114.16  INTERCONNECTION.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed so as to prohibit the franchisee from interconnecting its network with other similar networks either in the city or in other municipalities, counties or states or countries.  Any applicable revenues derived therefrom shall be equitably allocated in the calculation of annual gross subscriber revenues.
