§ 94.15  CLEARING LITTER FROM OPEN PRIVATE PROPERTY BY CITY; ENFORCEMENT BY BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   The procedure for the removal of litter from private premises and the charging of expense thereof as a lien upon such property to be collected shall be in accordance with the state statutes.  The Building Official shall be responsible for the implementation of this enforcement program.
