§ 94.14  PREPARATION OF GUIDELINES BY BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   The Building Official is hereby authorized and empowered to prepare written guidelines on how to comply with this chapter.  In doing so, applicable federal, state and local standards regarding fire prevention, pollution control, public safety, nuisance, and health shall be given due consideration.
