§ 90.21  KENNELS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Kennels are prohibited within the city.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section KENNEL shall mean more than five dogs or five cats or more than a combination of five dogs and/or cats being owned or possessed by the same owner or owners at the same location.
