§ 90.18  REMOVAL OF DANGEROUS DOGS; PROTECTIVE FENCE RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Any dog found to be in violation of the Jefferson County Dangerous Dog Ordinance and which dog is owned by an individual or individuals residing in the city, or if such dog is located within the city, it shall be removed from the city permanently and immediately.
   (B)   No protective fence shall be allowed in violation of the ordinances of the city.
