§ 72.01  OBSTRUCTIONAL PARKING; DOUBLE PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any vehicle or any other thing that may be a nuisance, obstruction, or hindrance in or on any street, alley, or sidewalk within the city either during the day or night.
   (B)   No person shall park, or stop and leave standing, any vehicle upon a public street in such a manner as to constitute double parking or to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall park or stop and leave standing a vehicle within an alley or upon a street in such a position as to block any driveway entrance or within a driveway in such a position as to block any sidewalk.  Any vehicle parked or left standing within an alley or upon a street shall have all wheels completely on the pavement.  ('81 Code, § 540.1, § 3) (Am.
