(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is herein provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both for each offense..
(B) Whoever violates § 71.05 of this chapter or Chapter 75, Schedule I shall be subject to the same penalties provided by KRS 189.394 as amended. ('81 Code, § 520.1, § 7)
(C) Any person who violates § 71.26 shall be fined not less than $60 nor more than $500, or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both. (KRS 189.993(8))
