§ 70.99  GENERAL PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this traffic code where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense.
