(A) It shall be unlawful to place or permit to remain anywhere in the city any garbage, or other material, subject to decay other than leaves or grass, except in a tightly covered metal container or enclosed trash bags.
(B) It shall be unlawful to dump or place any garbage, refuse or ashes on any premises in the city without the consent of the owner of such premises.
(C) It shall be unlawful to dispose of any garbage, refuse or ashes anywhere in the city except in an approved disposal device, or in a lawfully established garbage or refuse dump. Such material not so properly disposed of shall be placed in containers for collection as prescribed in this chapter.

(D) All garbage and waste material being held in the city for collection by a garbage disposal company shall be kept and retained in a covered receptacle designed to retain such garbage or waste. No uncovered garbage can or other receptacle shall be permitted. (Ord. 88-4, passed 7-5-88)
(E) Trash shall be bundled or placed in a receptacle for pickup at the same location as garbage. ('81 Code, § 830.1, § 3 (d))
