§ 36.11  CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   There is created the office of the Chief of Police.  The City Commission shall appoint the Chief of Police, who shall hold office for two years coinciding with the term of the Commissioners, subject to removal by the City Commission at any time without cause.
   (B)   The Chief of Police shall have all the duties prescribed in this code of ordinances.
   (C)   The Chief of Police shall take the oath required by the Kentucky Constitution before entering upon any duties of the office.
   (D)   The compensation for the office of Chief of Police shall be as set by ordinance and may be hereafter changed as prescribed by statute.
