§ 17.7.125  EXCEPTIONS.
   The following to the regulations are allowed by this Code:
   A.   Existing , and manufactured homes within an existing park in all commercial and industrial zones may be reconstructed or replaced within one year after being removed or destroyed.
   B.   Existing in the Community Commercial Zone shall be allowed to enlarge or expand despite their status. They may also be relocated within the Community Commercial Zone, but only to replace an existing single- home, provided that the result is a net reduction of uses.
   C.   Existing multi- in all residential and commercial zones may be reconstructed within one year if destroyed by any cause not intended by the owner.
   D.   Existing nonresidential in the Town Center zone districts may be reconstructed to the same height of the existing within one year.
