CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FOREST CITY, IOWA, 2007
165.36 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING STANDARDS.
All single-family dwelling units shall meet the following minimum standards:
   1.   The minimum dwelling width shall be 22 feet at the exterior dimension.
   2.   All dwelling units shall provide for a minimum of 600 square feet of floor space.
