909.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A VILLAGE TREE COMMISSION.

There is hereby created and established a Village Tree Commission, which shall consist of five members, who shall be citizens and residents of this Village and who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council.
