The fees and charges set forth on the fee schedules incorporated herein be, and the same hereby are, adopted and established as the fees and charged to be levied and imposed for the various services to be rendered and performed by the County Health Department, with such fees and charges, upon collection and receipt, to be deposited by the Department, as required by law.
(A) Vital records.

(C) Prenatal and family planning services. The charge for prenatal service and family planning services shall be a percentage of the actual cost thereof, as determined by reference to the Federal Poverty Guidelines, as said actual cost and guidelines may be determined from time to time.
(D) Other charges.
