§ 34.40  PUBLIC WORK PARTICIPATION.
   The Board of Commissioners adopt a resolution ordering able-bodied prisoners of the county jail to participate on public work; and that when prisoners are taken from the jail to work, they shall be released no earlier than 7:00 a.m., and returned to jail no later than 5:00 p.m. and turned over to the County Sheriff, or his or her deputy, to be locked in the jail.
