§ 34.39  JAIL PROJECT; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners determined that the county has sole jurisdiction to approve, fund, contract, and manage all aspects of the jail project at the City/County Building.
   (B)   The Board of Commissioners hereby approve and direct the contractors for the jail project to proceed with the construction pursuant to their contracts.
   (C)   The Board of Commissioners directs the County Building Department to issue any permits deemed necessary for the jail project.
