There is hereby created and imposed a photo fee of $5, to be collected by the County Sheriff for each copy of an investigative photograph taken by a member of the County Sheriff’s Department and provided to a person, firm, corporation, or entity requesting the same. All fees collected by the County Sheriff pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Sheriff’s Equipment Fund, which Fund and revenue shall be used to defray expenses incurred, or to be incurred, by the County Sheriff in providing copies of photographs to the public, and for such other purposes for which said Fund was created.
