The County Sheriff be, and be hereby is, authorized to utilize a credit card for the purchase of motor fuel, motor oil, and related automotive materials and supplies, or Departmental purposes; and is further authorized to incur and pay reasonable and necessary service fees and charges assessed by the vendor in connection with the use of such credit card.
