§ 33.05  DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC WORKS.
   The Board of Commissioners establishes the County Department of Highway and Public Works, and the Department shall report to the Board of Commissioners regarding all activities associated with the county’s infrastructure systems, including, but not limited to: roads; bridges; storm water; right-of-way maintenance; engineering; geographic information; planning; and administrative functions.
