§ 33.03  REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   (1)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14.5-7, the County Redevelopment Authority (the “Redevelopment Authority”), is hereby created as a separate body corporate and politic and as an instrumentality of county, for the purposes and to exercise the powers set forth in the Act, or otherwise granted by law.
      (2)   The Redevelopment Authority shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of three members, each of whom shall be a resident of the county and appointed by the Board of Directors, acting as the executive of the county, all as provided by law.
   (B)   Any member of the Board of Directors, the County Auditor, and any other officer, employee, or agent of the county is hereby authorized and directed, for, and on behalf of, the county, to execute and deliver any certificate, instrument, or other document, and to take any action as such person determines to be necessary or appropriate to accomplish the purposes and carry out the intent of this section, such determination to be conclusively evidenced by such person’s execution of such certificate, instrument, or other document, or such person’s taking of such action.
