(A) This section became effective March 1, 2019, beginning with payroll period beginning February, 2019.
(B) The Solid Waste District Director shall provide the appropriate payroll forms to the County Auditor’s office as needed or requested.
(C) The Solid Waste District shall reimburse the County Auditor’s or County Treasurer’s office dollar for dollar for payroll, deductions, Public Employees’ Retirement Fund (PERF), and the like at the end of each fiscal year, or as otherwise agreed by the parties by resolution.
