§ 32.05  DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN.
   (A)   The Deferred Compensation Plan, adopted by reference and made a part of this section, be, and the same hereby is, selected by the Board of Commissioners for the benefit of all employees of the county and as an alternative plan to that established on June 1, 1987, which prior plan shall be and remain in full force and effect.
   (B)   The President of the Board of Commissioners be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to executed the proposed contract with the variable annuity life insurance company pertaining to the provision of administrative services in connection with the alternative plan.
   (C)   The County Auditor is hereby designated to provide such local administrative services as may be reasonable and necessary, from time to time, in connection with the alternative plan.
