§ 114.42  DRESSING ROOMS.
   (A)   (1)   All sexually oriented businesses that offer live entertainment must provide separate dressing room facilities for female and male entertainers.
      (2)   No sexually oriented business patron shall be permitted, at any time, to enter any dressing room provided for the use of sexually oriented business employees.
   (B)   A sexually oriented business employee, other than an entertainer, shall be permitted to enter into, and remain in, a dressing room for the purpose of delivering goods and materials, food or beverages, or performing maintenance or repairs to the dressing room, or assisting an entertainer with the application or removal of hairdressing, makeup, or costuming; provided, however, that any such employee shall remain in the dressing room only for the purposes of, and to the extent necessary to, perform his or her job duties.
