(A) Every application for a new sexually oriented business license shall be accompanied by a $750 non-refundable application and investigation fee, per year.
(B) Every application for a new sexually oriented business employee license shall be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable application and investigation fee.
(C) Every application for a renewal of a sexually oriented business license shall be accompanied by an annual, non-refundable application, investigation, and license fee of $250.
(D) Every application for renewal of a sexually oriented business employee license shall be accompanied by an annual, non-refundable application, investigation, and license fee of $50.
