(A) Any person who operates, or causes to be operated, a sexually oriented business in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction, as well as prosecution for criminal violations under the appropriate and applicable state statutes.
(B) Judicial proceedings shall be brought by the County Attorney, or his or her designee.
(C) Fines, judgments, and injunctive relief against violation of this chapter may be sought in any such judicial proceeding, and any other remedies available to the county in law or equity.
