§ 113.35 ILLNESS.

   Tattoo artists or body piercers shall refrain from providing tattoos or body piercing if they are experiencing symptoms of acute disease that include, but are not limited to:

   (A)   Diarrhea;

   (B)   Vomiting;

   (C)   Fever;

   (D)   Trash;

   (E)   Productive cough;

   (F)   Jaundice; or

   (G)   Draining (or open) skin infections, boils, impetigo, or scabies.
